Terms of Use Agreement

 Welcome to Juft, the service for single adults to meet each other online for making a family, operated by LLC “JUFTIM”. If you wish to become a member and make use of the JUFT app and www.juft.net website services (the "Service"), please read these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Website or the Service. Please contact us with any questions regarding this Agreement.

Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

 By sign in and using our Service you become agree to all terms and conditions without any restrictions.

 

Eligibility.

 After sign in you become a "Member/ User." For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Member or User" means a person who provides information to the Company on the Website or to participate in the Service via JUFT app. Profiles on the JUFT app may be viewable for other members and may be able to communicate with other members.

 Members must be at least 18 years of age to access and use the Service. You must also be single or separated from your spouse to use the Service. Members need to be not suffering from mental illness, without serious crimes and not in the wanted list.

 

How JUFT works:

 A personal profile will be created based on the information you have filled in. Other JUFT users will also see your profile and through the "like" function send a like or a short message. You can also follow another person's profile and send a "like". Only those who have mutual “likes” will be able to communicate with each other.

 If you just want to chat without sending a "like", you can send a short message to the profile you like. To do this, you will use the "send message" function. Only if the person who received your offer for communication agrees, you will be able to communicate with this person, and you will have a mutual "like".

 Sometimes holidays, meetings or events are organized by the JUFT team. You can find out about this on the ads page. You can also search for your future partner by coming to events.

 

Rules for filling out the profile form:

  • You must fill out the application by yourself

  • The information you enter in the questionnaire must be true

  • You must upload at least one photo of yourself

  • It is forbidden to upload images of nature, animals, children, or other photos that do not belong to you, as well as sexually explicit, pornographic photos.

  • You can hide your photo. The photo, in the "do not show photos" mode, is displayed to other users in a blurry, fuzzy state.

Standards of conduct and Prohibited Activities:

 Be friendly, honest, polite to people.

 The Company reserves the right to TERMINATE your membership if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way the Company regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications.

 It is forbidden:

  • to swear, humiliate, insult, be rude, vulgar, sexist, erotic or send erotic photos.

  • to argue about religion, politics, to discriminate and ridicule religion, race, lifestyle, physical disabilities of people, make racially offensive statements, publish illegal material, or otherwise harass any person.

  • collect usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email

  • email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

  • "frame" or "mirror" any part of the JUFT app or our Website, without the Company's prior written authorization.

  • The use and dissemination of personal data of other persons.

  • write texts, publish images that contradict the policy and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

  • to place advertising texts, images or display other sites and links in the form of advertising.

 

Rights of JUFT users

  • Each user has access to basic free plan.

  • Each user has access to the paid plan "Silver Lamp".

  • Each user has access to the paid plan "Golden Lamp".

   Every user at any time:

  • may change or cancel membership at any time, for any reason, and from that moment on, all information in the profile will be deleted (for exception see YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND RIGHTS on PRIVACY POLICY)

  • can change his photos

  • can make changes to his profile.

  •  if a user feels offended, they can send a complaint to the JUFT team by report button or by contacting us.

  • user can block and then unblock another user.

Rights of the JUFT team

  • Provision of banner, text, and other advertising for users of the basic free plan.

  • Storage of data submitted by users.

  • Invite users to meetings and holidays.

  • Warn or terminate the service to users who have violated the rules.

  • Delete without warning photos, texts that contradict the rules.

  • Make changes, new features in the services without notice.

  • Accept a fixed amount of money from users for the paid plans such as "Silver Lamp" and "Golden Lamp".

 

About the status of "Silver Lamp" and " Golden Lamp"

 The transition to the "Silver Lamp" and "Golden Lamp" tariff is carried out by depositing the amount set by the JUFT team. The "Silver Lamp" and "Golden Lamp" rates can be purchased for a month (30 days).

Paid plans features will apply immediately after payment.

 

Users of the Silver Lamp tariff will have the following features

  • No ads available

  • 1000 number of profile views

  • Ability to send 3 new messages to strangers in 12 hours

Members of the "Golden Lamp" tariff will have the following features

  • No ads available

  • Unlimited number of profile views

  • The ability to send new messages to strangers without restriction.

 If the user who is on the "Silver Lamp" and "Golden Lamp" tariff does not renew their tariff in the next month, they will automatically switch to the basic free "No light" tariff upon expiration.

 When a user with the "Silver Lamp" and "Golden Lamp" plan deletes their profile, the profile is deleted. The amount of money paid by the user shall not be refunded.

 If a user with the "Silver Lamp" and "Gold Lamp" tariff stops (not using the Service for a while) their profile for a while, the profile is suspended. The amount of money paid is not refunded to the user. If the suspended profile is restored during the payment period, the profile will be restored at the "Silver Lamp" and "Golden Lamp" plans. If the suspended profile is restored after the payment period expires, this profile will be restored to the free basic "No Light" plan.

 Even if the user in the status "Silver Lamp" and "Golden Lamp" has disabled the "Show me to people" button, the money payment made by the user is nonrefundable.

 If the payment was made before the expiration of the previous payment, the new paid period begins from new payment period and previous payment is nonrefundable.
